Remains of Boston Marathon bombing suspect claimed
BOSTON (AP) ? The body of Boston Marathon bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev, who was the subject of a massive manhunt and died after a gunbattle with police, was claimed on Thursday.
Department of Public Safety spokesman Terrel Harris said a funeral home retained by Tsarnaev's family picked up the 26-year-old's remains. He said he had no more information about plans for the remains.
The medical examiner determined Tsarnaev's cause of death on Monday, but officials said it wouldn't become public until his remains were released and a death certificate was filed. It was unclear on Thursday evening whether the death certificate had been filed.
Tsarnaev's widow, Katherine Russell, who has been living with her parents in North Kingstown, R.I., learned this week that the medical examiner was ready to release his body and wanted it released to his side of the family, her attorney Amato DeLuca said days ago.
Tsarnaev's uncle Ruslan Tsarni, of Maryland, said Tuesday night the family would take the body.
"Of course, family members will take possession of the body," Tsarni said. "We'll do it. We will do it. A family is a family."
After the hearse believed to be carrying Tsarnaev's body departed Boston, television stations reported that their helicopters followed it to the Dyer Lake Funeral Home in North Attleboro. About 20 protesters gathered outside the funeral home. An Associated Press photographer later saw a hearse leaving the home escorted by two police cars.
Dyer-Lake Funeral Director Tim Nye told The Sun-Chronicle newspaper late Thursday that the body was only brought to his funeral home temporarily and was transported to another facility, but didn't say where.
Tsarnaev, who had appeared in surveillance photos wearing a black cap and was identified as Suspect No. 1, died days after the bombing.
The April 15 bombing, using pressure cookers packed with explosives, nails, ball bearings and metal shards near the marathon's finish line, killed three people and injured more than 260 others. Authorities said Tsarnaev and his younger brother later killed a Massachusetts Institute of Technology campus police officer and carjacked a driver, who escaped.
Authorities said that during the gunbattle with police, the Tsarnaev brothers, ethnic Chechens from Russia who came to the United States about a decade ago, set off another pressure cooker bomb and tossed grenades before the older brother ran out of ammunition.
Police said they tackled the older brother and began to handcuff him but had to dive out of the way at the last second when the younger brother, 19-year-old Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, drove a stolen car at them. They said the younger brother ran over his brother's body as he drove away from the scene to escape.
Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was captured later, wounded and bloody, hiding in a tarp-covered boat in a suburban Boston backyard. He is in a federal prison and faces a charge of using a weapon of mass destruction to kill.
The Tsarnaev brothers' mother insists the allegations against them are lies.
Three of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev's friends, college classmates, were arrested and were accused of helping after the marathon bombing to remove a laptop and backpack from his dormitory room before the FBI searched it.
A top Republican senator on Thursday asked President Barack Obama's administration to explain how one of the students entered the United States without a valid student visa.
Sen. Chuck Grassley, of Iowa, in a three-page letter to Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano, asked for additional details about the student visa applications for Azamat Tazhayakov and Dias Kadyrbayev, college roommates from Kazakhstan charged with obstruction of justice in the marathon bombing case, and how Tazhayakov was allowed to re-enter the United States in January.
Tazhayakov was a student at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth when he left the country in December. In early January, his student visa status was terminated because he was academically dismissed by the university.
The third student arrested, Robel Phillipos, was charged with willfully making materially false statements to federal law enforcement officials during a terrorism investigation.
The lawyers for the Kazakh students said their clients had nothing to do with the bombing and were just as shocked by it as everyone else. Phillipos' attorney said the only allegation against him was "he made a misrepresentation."

Scientists revolutionize creation of genetically altered mice to model human disease
May 2, 2013 ? Whitehead Institute Founding Member Rudolf Jaenisch, who helped transform the study of genetics by creating the first transgenic mouse in 1974, is again revolutionizing how genetically altered animal models are created and perhaps even redefining what species may serve as models.
"This new method is a game changer," says Jaenisch, who is also a professor of biology at MIT. "We can now make a mouse with five mutations in just three to four weeks, whereas the conventional way would take three to four years. And it's rather straightforward, probably even easier than the conventional way."
Scientists create models in mice by altering specific genes that have been associated with a given disease. The models allow for the study of the development and course of the disease and the effects of various interventions, including genetic and chemical. For the past 20 years, the creation of such models has remained relatively unchanged: scientists insert a piece of DNA into a mouse embryonic stem (ES) cell, inject the modified cell into a very early-stage embryo, called a blastocyst, then implant this developing ball of cells into a foster female mouse. The whole process can take years and tens of thousands of dollars to establish a mouse strain with, for example, a single copy of a gene "knocked out." Such knockouts can only be created in very few species, including mice and rats, whose ES cells can be grown and modified reliably.
The new approach used by scientists in Jaenisch's lab bypasses ES cells to quickly and efficiently produce mice with mutations in both copies of multiple genes. In next week's issue of the journal Cell, Haoyi Wang, Hui Yang, and Chikdu Shivalila describe their technique, which is based on a system that certain bacteria use to fend off viral attacks.
This is the first time that the system, known as CRISPR (for "clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeat")/Cas (for "CRISPR-associated"), has been used to alter multiple genes in a single multicellular organism. Shivalila says the process is so accessible that he expects other labs to adopt it quickly.
"For any institution or university with a core facility, we think this will be the way they will start making mice carrying specific mutations because it's a lot faster and so efficient," says Shivalila, one of Jaenisch's graduate students. "We were surprised that we could get two genes 'knocked out' at four loci very, very efficiently, about 80% efficiency. If we used TALENs, a more recent and complicated development in genetic engineering, we got 30% efficiency for just one gene."
Because the CRISPR/Cas technique can generate mutant mice even without using ES cells, a limitation of the conventional method for making models, genetic research may no longer be confined to a limited list of model organisms -- those for which ES cells exist.
"This breaks down the definition of model organism," says Wang, a postdoctoral researcher in Jaenisch's lab. "So now, even with limited resources, any animal with established embryo manipulation procedures could be the subject of genome engineering. With many of the animals' genomes that have been sequenced, we could use this technology to establish efficient genetic manipulations in more species, to study the unique biology of each, and to learn more about evolution."
Thus, Wang, Yang, and Shivalila have used CRISPR/Cas to create mouse models only, but the team is excited broaden its application to other animals.
"We also need to see if the CRISPR/Cas system has any unexpected, undesired off-target effects, changes to the genome that we don't want," says Yang, a postdoctoral researcher in the Jaenisch lab. "So we need study this further to establish the fidelity of the system. But I think this will be the way to go."

Today at TechCrunch Disrupt NY, Ashton Kutcher took the stage with Guy Oseary to talk about their A-Grade fund. Arrington started right away about a rumor that the fund is raising money at a $100 million valuation. The two partners confirm the rumors, saying that they are raising “enough money.” It means that financial institutions and companies will invest a certain amount of money in exchange for equity in the A-Grade fund, valuing the existing investments and activities at $100 million. With three partners (Ashton Kutcher, Guy Oseary and Ron Burkle), the fund has been investing for about two and a half years. Until today, the three partners only invested personal money. It is still unclear how much money they put into the fund to date. Among its portfolio companies, the A-Grade fund has invested in Spotify, Uber, Shazam, Soundcloud, Fab and Airbnb. It mainly takes part in seed and Series A rounds. When asked whether it is bundling current investments or creating a new fund, Ashton Kutcher answered that it is doing both. “We’re just somewhat formalizing what we’ve been doing,” Kutcher said. The new fund will keep the A-Grade name. While the new funding is not official yet, Kutcher and Oseary said that it’s mostly a one-time investment. “We are pretty well filled up,” Kutcher said. The widow of Boston Marathon bombing suspect?Tamerlan Tsarnaev wants the Massachusetts?Medical Examiner?s Office to release her husband's remains to his family.
Katherine Russell has chosen not to claim?Tsarnaev's body and instead release the remains of the suspected terrorist back to his family, her attorney said in a statement on Tuesday.
"It is Katherine Russell's wish that his remains be released to the Tsarnaev family, and we will communicate her wishes to the proper authorities," lawyer Amato DeLuca said in a statement.
The release did not mention why Russell came to her decision.?
The 24-year-old widow, who returned to her family in Rhode Island days after the blasts, has spent hours meeting with FBI agents at her home and at her lawyer's office in Providence.
DeLuca announced that Russell has met with law enforcement officers "for many hours over the past week" and will continue to assist the investigation going forward.
"Katherine and her family continue to be deeply saddened by the harm that has been caused.? They mourn for the loss of life and the terrible consequences these events have had for those who have been injured and for their families," DeLuca said in the statement.
The brothers' parents, now living in Russia, said this past Sunday that they have abandoned initial plans to come to the United States to claim their older son's body and visit their younger son, who is currently being held at a prison medical facility.
The 26-year-old Tsarnaev died during a shootout with authorities on the streets of Watertown, Mass. Authorities say his 19-year-old brother and accomplice??Dzhokhar Tsarnaev?ran him over and dragged the body after his older sibling ran out of ammo.
On Monday, FBI investigators took DNA samples from the Russell home in North Kingstown, R.I. Officials are trying to determine who else may have handled the pressure cookers that contained the bombs after they found a woman's DNA on at least one of them, an official said.
The medical examiner has determined?Tamerlan Tsarnaev's cause of death but it will not become public until his body is released and a death certificate is filed. ?Attorneys for Russell will need to?formally relinquish her rights as next of kin.?Once that occurs, the state of Massachusetts will designate someone to fill that role and then pick up the body.
The Tsarnaev's have other family living in the United States. On Tuesday night the suspects' uncle, Ruslan Tsarni, who lives in Maryland, told the Associated Press "Of course, family members will take possession of the body."
Russell married the elder?Tsarnaev brother in 2010 and said through her lawyer that their involvement in the deadly attack came as an "absolute shock." ?
She converted to Islam after meeting her husband in a nightclub in 2009. She dropped out of college and the couple married. They have a child who is now three years old.

MIAMI (AP) - The punchless Miami Marlins have become last-inning dynamos.
Juan Pierre scored standing up on a wild pitch with none out in the ninth, and Miami came from behind in the final inning for the second consecutive game to beat the reeling New York Mets 2-1 Tuesday night.
Miami, last in the majors in runs and last in the NL in wins, had a little help with its latest comeback. A passed ball and disputed call in the ninth preceded the wild pitch.
"It was just a weird ending," Pierre said. "We're trying to find ways to win. We found all the ways to lose. Now we're trying to get on the winning side."
The Mets have lost a season-worst six games in a row. They were beaten Monday when Miami scored twice in the 15th inning to win 4-3.
The Marlins earned consecutive walk-off wins for the first time since July 22-23, 2010.
New York's Jeremy Hefner (0-3) took a 1-0 lead and a three-hitter into the ninth but couldn't get another out.
Chris Coghlan singled to start the inning and advanced on a passed ball. When Pierre bunted, Coghlan beat catcher Anthony Recker's throw to third, although the Mets argued that Coghlan overslid the bag.
"It looked close," Marlins manager Mike Redmond said. "If he was out, then it was a break for us. We've been talking about needing a break. If that was it, then it was a big break for us."
Brandon Lyon replaced Hefner, and Donovan Solano hit an RBI single to right that sent Pierre to third. An intentional walk loaded the bases, and Lyon's first pitch to Greg Dobbs was a low breaking ball that got away from Recker, allowing Pierre to score.
That gave the Marlins a season-high three-game winning streak, and spoiled Hefner's best outing of the year. He had a career-high eight strikeouts and lowered his ERA from 5.14 to 3.72.
"That guy was manhandling us for eight innings," Pierre said. "Again we did nothing offensively tonight, but we didn't give in."
Miami, which ranks last in the majors in batting average and homers, didn't advance a runner beyond first base until the ninth against Hefner.
"He pitched an absolutely brilliant ballgame," Mets manager Terry Collins said.
Hard-luck Kevin Slowey remained winless since 2010 despite allowing only one run in eight innings to lower his ERA to 2.15. The Marlins have scored eight runs in his six starts, the worst run support for any NL pitcher, but he said his only concern was that the Marlins won.
"Games like Monday night and today bring a team together pretty quickly," Slowey said. "You grow together. When you have a few victories that are hard-fought and well-earned, it's a great feeling."
The only Mets run scored on Recker's sacrifice fly in the fifth. They totaled four hits and went 0 for 3 with runners in scoring position after going 1 for 18 in those situations Monday, and New York fell to 1-6 in one-run games.
"Everybody's struggling," Collins said. "We have to fight through it."
Ryan Webb (1-1) pitched a perfect ninth.
The Marlins were without slugger Giancarlo Stanton, who went on the disabled list Tuesday with a strained right hamstring and expects to be sidelined for about a month. Marcell Ozuna was called up from Double-A Jacksonville to replace Stanton and went 1 for 3 in his major league debut.
David Wright returned to the Mets lineup after missing one start with a stiff neck and went 0 for 4.
Hefner's most awkward moment came in the sixth, when he had to scramble after a grounder hit by Pierre. The ball hit off Hefner's glove and chest and rolled toward first. The pitcher picked it up on the run and tossed it for the out but then skidded across the infield dirt on one knee as teammates laughed.
New York's Daniel Murphy doubled to start the fifth, went to third on a flyout and scored the game's first run on Recker's sac fly.
NOTES: The Mets' John Buck was given the night off after catching all 15 innings Monday. With nine home runs, Buck tied the major league record for most homers by a catcher at the end of April, held by Johnny Bench (1971 Reds) and Charles Johnson (2001 Marlins), said the Mets, citing information from the Elias Sports Bureau. ... Apple iPhone 5 (T-Mobile)
The iPhone 5 has finally come to T-Mobile, and if you're in the market for a?smartphone?from Apple, pay attention. T-Mobile's iPhone is the same iPhone 5 that you've seen elsewhere, with better voice quality at a lower price. That's a terrific combination for anyone currently shopping for an iPhone.
Revisiting the iPhone 5
Apple's phones don't vary much from carrier to carrier, as Apple doesn't allow any bloatware or changes in design. So take a look at my reviews of the iPhone 5 for Verizon Wireless and AT&T. T-Mobile gets the same metal-and-glass design, the same 4-inch screen, the same 8-megapixel camera, and most importantly, the same iOS 6 operating system, with its easy-to-use grid of icons and unbeatable array of apps.
It's worth noting the iPhone's particular strengths and weaknesses versus newer, leading Android phones like the HTC One and Samsung Galaxy S 4, though. On a broad level, iOS is very easy to use, but much less customizable than Android is today.
In terms of hardware, the smaller screen is an obvious difference; at 1,136 by 640 pixels it's lower-resolution than the 1080p screens on competing phones, although it's hard to perceive the difference between the iPhone's 326 pixels per inch and the Galaxy S 4's 440ppi. The 4-inch screen size makes it more comfortable for one-handed use than some of today's larger phones, but people who prefer big touch keyboards or lots of real estate for webpages will be frustrated.
The phone's 1.3GHz Apple A6 processor doesn't match the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 models on raw benchmarks like Geekbench, but the iPhone 5 matched the Galaxy S 4 on the Browsermark Web browser benchmark and got close to Snapdragon-powered phones on the GLBenchmark graphics benchmark. The smaller screen helps with performance, of course, as the iPhone is only pushing about a third as many pixels as the 1080p phones do.
The one area where the iPhone falls definitively short is on battery life. Its 7 hours, 36 minutes of talk time and about 3 hours of HSPA+ video streaming is far short of the 10 hours, 50 minutes of talk time and 4 hours, 48 minutes of streaming on the Galaxy S 4. Bigger phones allow for bigger batteries.
Call Quality and Internet
Here's where we get to the differences with the T-Mobile version, because this is a new iPhone, just invisibly. Unlike on previous GSM iPhones, the T-Mobile iPhone unlocks HSPA+ 42 support on the 1700Mhz AWS band. Combine that with support for 1700MHz LTE as well, and you get an iPhone able to hit T-Mobile and AT&T networks nationwide, as well as foreign HSPA+ networks if unlocked.?
If you're buying an iPhone for T-Mobile, it is very, very important that you get one with 1700MHz HSPA+ support. All iPhones sold through T-Mobile should have the right bands, but I've heard that some Apple stores are still selling older units that don't support T-Mobile's frequency. Double check, because if you don't have AWS, you're in the slow lane.
Speeds were stunning, even without LTE. T-Mobile only officially has LTE in seven cities, but HSPA+ is nationwide. I got download speeds between 8-13Mbps in midtown Manhattan using Ookla's Speedtest.net app, which fulfill anyone's definition of 4G. Uploads on HSPA+ are slower, though, between 0.3 and 1.5Mbps. The company has said it will cover 100 million Americans with LTE by midyear and 200 million by the end of 2013.
Signal strength was good. I compared the iPhone 5 to a Galaxy S 4 in a weak signal area, and both phones lost their ability to make calls at about the same time.
This iPhone also supports HD Voice, which isn't on any other iPhone. For now, to make an HD Voice call you'll need to be talking to another HD Voice phone on T-Mobile, which means an iPhone 5, Samsung Galaxy S III, Samsung Galaxy S 4, HTC One S, HTC One, or Nokia Astound.
Calls made from the iPhone 5 to a Galaxy S 4 with HD Voice had unusually rich voice tone, especially in the treble, although there was a touch of scratchiness high up in the audio range. Without HD Voice, calls showed a little bit of compression garble and background noise leakage in noisy areas. The speakerphone is nice and punchy, with just a touch of background hiss.
Overall, this is a fine voice phone, but not quite up to the Galaxy S 4's level in terms of clarity and noise cancellation. Compared to other iPhones across carriers, though, T-Mobile's model wins because of the clarity of HD Voice.
Service Plans
T-Mobile's real selling point is its service plans. Let's start with the price of the phone itself. T-Mobile sells the iPhone for $579 outright, with no contract, or $99 plus $20 per month for 24 months. On the three other major carriers, no-contract iPhones generally cost $649 and the two-year-contract versions cost $199 plus an invisible subsidy built into your service plan. Cricket is the only carrier with a much cheaper no-contract iPhone, at $499.99, but it's on a generally much slower network.
We crunched the numbers when T-Mobile announced the iPhone and found that T-Mobile's model is consistently cheaper than the three other major networks. Over two years on the sample plan we examined, you'd pay $2,160 for a T-Mobile iPhone, as opposed to $239.76 more on Sprint, $479.76 more on AT&T, and $480 more on Verizon.
T-Mobile's sticking point, of course, is coverage. While the carrier's network in major U.S. cities is generally very good, T-Mobile's network doesn't cover as many rural square miles as AT&T's and Verizon's, especially in regions like northern New England, northern Michigan, west Texas, and the Great Plains. As always, it's best to ask people who live near you how they're doing with T-Mobile service.?
Conclusions
Apple's iPhone line is more consistent across carriers than any other kind of phone. T-Mobile adds one major feature, HD Voice, and another compelling benefit, a low price. If you're shopping for an iPhone and T-Mobile's network runs well in your area, you'd be silly not to strongly consider this great new option.
The iPhone 5 falls short of Editors' Choice status on T-Mobile, though. While it's a great experience, simple and clean, the Samsung Galaxy S 4 (which we've reviewed for this carrier) and the HTC One (which we haven't tested on T-Mobile, but have evaluated the Sprint model) offer better screens, more customizability, and a bigger window on the world.

Austerity in healthcare is a false economy as the immediate savings are outweighed by the huge spending required to cover the damage to people?s heath in the future, Dr. David Stuckler of Oxford University told RT.
Scientists at Oxford and Stanford Universities have brought to light the negative effect austerity measures have on health. They say spending cuts and mass lay-offs across Europe and North America are fueling a spike in suicide and depression. The academics behind the study believe the global financial crisis has caused as many as 10,000 to take their own lives.
Stuckler, who is leading the research into the impact of austerity economics on public health, says that health and education are the best channels to speed up the economic recovery, therefore cuts in the those sectors should be avoided.
RT: The situation was already extremely difficult for millions of people because of the economy. Why have you singled out austerity as a factor?
David Stuckler: What we?ve seen in studying recessions over the past century and with the focus on the present crisis is that recessions hurt. But when politicians with deep cuts to vital social supports, they can turn those recessions lethal. In the worst case we?ve seen Greece - after it cut its malaria prevention budget we saw the return of outbreaks that the country has kept under control over the past four decades. We?ve seen HIV infection spike by 200 per cent at a time when the HIV budget was cut. Similarly, we?ve seen across Europe austerity breed a series of epidemics ? from suicide to foregone access to healthcare to tuberculosis outbreak and even dengue fever.
RT: According to your theory countries that did not pursue austerity cuts, like Iceland, should be doing much better in health terms than those that did, is that the case?
DS: That?s a very good point because Iceland suffered the worst banking crisis in history ? all of its biggest banks failed and its debt jumped to over 800 per cent of GDP. But its people voted against austerity and instead shored up support in its health system. No one lost access to healthcare and, in fact, this country, which was once the happiest society in the world, again in 2011 was ranked as the happiest society in the world.? ?
RT: 10,000 is a lot of people. What do you think is the likely reaction from governments around the world to that and how do you think they should react?
DS: So far Europe?s leaders have been in denial about the human cost of the austerity policies that have been pursued across Europe and pursued in North America, with the sequester recently passed. What we need to do is take into account the health effects of economic policies. Had austerity been run like any other drug trial it would?ve been discontinued because of its deadly side effects.? ?
RT: Many leaders claim by making these cuts it is the only way to end the crisis. Are you of the same opinion?
DS: First, the tuberculosis outbreaks, for example, that New York suffered in the mid-1990s ended up costing millions to control. So austerity in health is a false economy. But also we?ve looked at something called the fiscal multiplier this is the effect of government spending on the economy. It?s been subject of much debate lately. And what we?ve found is that investments in health and education as well are two of the best channels with large and positive fiscal multipliers that boost employment and spending power and help spur recovery. If you are going to make cuts there are other areas that have less damaging effects on the economy. So there?s a case in economic argument for protecting health, not only for its long-term social and health benefits, but also as strategy to spur recovery.

During your job search, how many times have you replied to a job posting by applying via e-mail?
If you?ve been job searching for a while? that number could be in the hundreds. Which means that you have most likely made hundreds of cover letter mistakes that may have cost you a good first impression.
Here are some of the worst, and most common, mistakes we?ve seen:
Attaching the Cover Letter to the E-mail
What?s wrong with that, you ask? Simple: most hiring managers aren?t going to open the cover letter attachment. Instead, they?ll go straight to the resume. Want to ensure your cover letter gets read? Copy and paste it into the body of the e-mail. Whoever received the e-mail will be much more likely to read if it?s already right there in front of their face.
Writing Your Whole Life Story in the Body of the E-mail
Don?t go overboard with details; keep it short. The hiring manager won?t be willing to invest a lot of time reading your e-mail. Keep it short and to the point.
Providing Information That Is Not Relevant to the Position
When I want to bring an additional resume/cover letter writer on staff, I want a writer who has extensive expertise and certification in resume writing. If someone goes on and on in their cover letter about all their other writing experience, they will lose my interest. Instead, I want them to tell me about their most relevant experience as it relates to my needs. This example shows that you want to give the hiring manager a brief overview of the most relevant experience you have, appropriate to the position they are trying to fill.?
Excluding Information They?ve Specifically Asked You to Include
Depending on the position, the employer may ask you to submit a sample of your work, portfolio, hours of availability, or even salary requirements. The answers must be in your cover letter! If not, you will most certainly be removed from consideration for failing to follow instructions. I tell you this from experience? because 9 out of 10 applicants will fail to address every stipulation the employer has listed.
Not Using a Cover Letter at All
We?ve received e-mails from applicants, and the body of the e-mail provides either little or no information whatsoever.? Some simply state, ?Here is my resume for your review.?? You are selling yourself short by not including at least a brief introduction.? Especially if the employer outlines specific requirements.? Take the time to write, ?I see you need someone with availability to work nights and weekends; I would enjoy working these hours and am available to do so.?? Or, ?I have included a sample of my work for your consideration along with my resume.? If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.?
Forgetting to Tell Them Why You?re the Best Fit
Let me tell you about one of THE BEST cover letters I?ve ever seen: I could tell this person put effort into it?and she took the time to specifically and meticulously review our job requirements.? She scrutinized our requirements and detailed in her cover letter how she had experience meeting those needs.? It was applicable, relevant, and attention getting.? It was probably one of the only cover letters that actually made us want to read the corresponding resume.
Using a Boring Closing Statement
Instead of using the same old boring line, spice it up a bit.? One of the more daring cover letter closings I have read closed with, ?Call today, don?t delay.?? I applauded her boldness and had to call her.? The closing was confident, feisty, and it certainly grabbed my attention.? Not to mention the entire cover letter addressed everything she brought to the table as a potential employee and how these elements were relevant to meeting our needs. Boring the hiring manager with details? not relevant to the opening?or not making the most of the space and time you?re getting is really to your detriment.
