>> we're so excited and, obviously, nervous about it. i'm a first-time mom. but it's something i've always wanted. i'm a teacher and i love kids, so hormonal.

>> getting a little emotional.

>> she was just crying at the maxwell house commercial.

>> no, that was matt.

>> your husband, henry , is here.

>> oh, hey.

>> henry hager , congratulations.

>> thanks. you got me these?

>> i did. i got them this morning actually.

>> they're really pretty. thanks, henry .

>> so this little baby is due in springtime?

>> it's a springtime baby. we've been able to keep it a secret for -- yeah, these are kind of like miss america . been able to keep it a secret and, obviously, it's so sacred for a pretty long time, longer than most, i think. so, obviously, i'm going to start getting bigger and bigger.

>> henry , you know her as well as anyone. what kind of mom do you think she's going to be?

>> amazing.

>> yeah?

>> absolutely amazing. you obviously see her personality every day. she's a teacher. she loves to teach kids and i know she'll instill wonderful values and such a loving family. so much support.

>> you mentioned family. jenna , we have a couple of people on the phone who we're not breaking the news to them, we want to mention. but your folks are on the phone, president and mrs. bush, can you hear us?

>> we sure can.

>> you bet, yeah.

>> congratulations.

>> good morning.

>> thanks so much. we're thrilled. we're just absolutely thrilled.

>> yeah, i'm fired up. looking forward to it. and i'm excited for jenna and henry and, you know, i could barely contain the news when i found out. so now i can tell all my buddies.

>> you told a couple people, but that was okay.

>> mrs. bush, you and your husband have been not so subtle about the fact that you wanted grandchildren. i think you even hired someone to play sinatra music outside their apartment.

>> it didn't work for so long.

>> how excited, mrs. bush, were you when you heard this news?

>> thrilled. i'm really thrilled. i'm thrilled for jenna and henry and, of course, for george and me to have the grandchildren we've been really looking forward to.

>> they actually have my cat with them right now.

>> that's right, bernadette, the cat, has moved in with us.

>> oh, you have? is your dad going to be the type that does the bottles and diapers and all of that?

>> no.

>> dad, you promised.

>> i'll be the guy in the ford 250 driving around the ranch.

>> looking forward to being at the ranch with the kids.

>> they're looking forward to that, too.

>> where do you come down on spoiling grandchildren, to spoil or not to spoil?

>> definitely to spoil. no doubt about it.

>> kind of like we did our daughter.

>> you didn't spoil me. although the holidays are coming up.

>> you call her mom and dad gimpy and gammy. so what do you want the grandchild to call you?

>> sir.

>> we wanted him to call poncho.

>> jimmy baker's grandkids call him pappy.

>> popsicle isn't half bad either.

>> speak for yourself.

>> well, congratulations. henry and jenna , congratulations.
